Shipping Information Policy
1. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options:
- Parcel Lockers (e.g., Omniva, LP Express, DPD)
- Standard Postal Services
- Local Pickup/Drop-off (for customers in Klaipėda, arranged in advance)
2. Shipping Costs
- Lithuania: €3.00
- International: €6.00 (to all countries where shipping is available)
- Customers cover shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
- Any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Processing and Handling Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- If an item requires customization or adjustments, additional time may be needed.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
- Lithuania: 1-5 business days
- EU Countries: 5-14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-30 business days
Delivery times may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
5. Tracking and Lost Packages
- Tracking is available for most shipping options. The tracking number (if provided) will be shared with the customer.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once the package is handed over to the carrier.
- If a package is lost, the customer should contact the shipping provider to initiate a claim.
6. Damaged Shipments
- If a package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- We are not responsible for damages caused during transit but will assist where possible.
7. Local Pickup/Drop-off
- Customers in Klaipėda can arrange a personal pickup or drop-off by contacting us in advance.
- Meeting location and time will be agreed upon between the customer and our team.
