  • After the warranty period expires, repairs are available at an additional cost, determined by the complexity of the work.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by exposure to chemicals (e.g., discoloration, melting, or other material damage).
  • Tears, breaks, or any other physical damage due to improper use.

4. Pricing and Payments

  • The repair cost is determined based on the complexity of the work.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal, as agreed upon between the customer and the store.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Customers can send items for repair using parcel lockers or postal services.
  • If located in Klaipėda, customers can arrange a personal drop-off or pickup by contacting us in advance.
  • Repaired items are returned via shipping or by personal arrangement for local customers.
  • Shipping costs for sending and receiving repaired items are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

6. Repair Timeline

  • Repair times vary depending on the complexity of the work and our current workload.
  • Standard repair time is between 1 week and 1 month.
  • Expedited repair services are not available.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must contact us first before sending any items.
  • A detailed description of the issue must be provided, along with photos of the damage if possible.
  • Customers must ensure their item is properly packaged for safe shipping.
