2. Products & Orders

  • All our products are handmade, unique, and custom-made.
  • Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations in color, shape, or texture may occur.
  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or any other reason.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable taxes.
  • Payments are accepted via:
    • WooCommerce Payments
    • PayPal
  • No other payment methods are available at this time.
  • Customers are responsible for any bank transfer or PayPal fees.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide where shipping services are available.
  • Shipping costs:
    • Lithuania: €3.00
    • International: €5.00
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs, or other external factors.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • All products are unique and custom-made, therefore, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5 business days after the return is approved.

6. Warranty & Repairs

  • We provide a 1-year warranty for our craftsmanship.
  • Warranty covers only defects related to our workmanship.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Damage from exposure to chemicals (e.g., discoloration, melting).
    • Physical damage (e.g., tears, breaks, improper handling).
  • After the warranty expires, repairs are available for an additional cost, depending on the complexity of the work.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact information.
  • If an item is damaged upon arrival, the customer should immediately contact the shipping provider and us.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our mistake.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use, modifications, or mishandling of our products.
  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the use of our products.
