1. Eligibility for a Refund
We offer a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The customer must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Items that have been damaged due to improper use or care.
- Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our mistake).
3. Refund Process

- If a return is approved due to an issue on our part, the item must be shipped back at the customer’s expense, unless stated otherwise.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
